Our Principles

Below are seven guiding principles for what we do. Call us out if you don’t see these in your interactions with us!

1. Keep it simple.

Business is difficult. Complexity doesn’t help.

2. Don’t try to do it all.

It’s impossible to do everything really, really well.

3. Avoid single points of failure.

Don’t lose control. Be prepared in case something breaks.

4. Don’t chase shiny objects.

Things that are proven win over things that are trendy.

5. Help others succeed.

Do to others as you would like them to do to you.

6. Keep learning.

The world changes fast. Don’t get comfortable.

7. Go outside.

Physical and mental health is important.

Of all the paths you take in life, make sure a few of them are dirt.
